Sanford L. Moore, 77, of Albany, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on May 10, 2026, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison. Born on October 25, 1948, to Marland and Dorothy (Stoneback) Moore, Sanford was a lifelong resident of the area and a graduate of Albany High School.
Sanford married Donna Beyer in 1968, and together they built a loving family and a life rooted in their community. He worked a variety of jobs over the years before founding his own auto repair business in Albany, where he was known for his hard work, honesty, and dedication to helping others.
He is survived by his beloved wife Donna; his children: Sanford (Lynne), Chad (Angie), Dan (Lori), and Doug; six grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and eleven step-great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Tom (Dianne) and many nieces and nephews.
Sanford was preceded in death by his parents, Marland and Dorothy Moore; his in-laws, Clarence and Gertrude Beyer; and his sister-in-law, Nancy Seigenthaler.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, May 24, 2026, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Albany Lions’ Club. Grace-Bifulk Funeral Home of Albany is honored to serve the Moore family. Condolences may be sent to agracefuneralservice.com.
Sanford will be remembered for his warmth, generosity, and the countless lives he touched. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
